While December isn’t officially in the books, 2019 has seen many million-dollar home sales.

The top sale of the year — coming in at $11.63 million — took place in early December in Cherry Hills Village.

It was the highest-priced home sale in the Denver metro area since 2008, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. The association defines the metro area as 11 counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park and Weld.

Here are the top 10 Denver-area home sales in 2019, as of Dec. 17.

Listing agent: Linda Hantman with Kentwood Real Estate DTC

Buyer’s agent: Trish Bragg with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty
